I am delighted to announce on behalf of the Club Management Committee, that Eamon Long has been awarded the catering contract for the Club’s restaurant & bar.
Eamon is leaving his role as Executive Chef at the Longcourt House Hotel to take on the contract with his partner Anna Ponamarchuk.
Eamon has 35 years experience as a Chef and has been with the Hotel for over five years. Prior to this Eamon held the catering contract at Castletroy Golf Club for twelve years, so he knows the sector well. Anna is a Pastry Chef which will compliment Eamon’s skills perfectly.
The restaurant will trade as Annetta’s Restaurant and the doors will open for business on Saturday March 9th.
Eamon & Anna plan to offer a 7 day service throughout the year but this will have to be tailored over the winter period.
